Grabbed their well known butterscotch latte and a cold brew while in town.

Fast service even with a long line. Pastries and muffins looked fresh but my guess is that they aren't made here.

Good for breakfast and lunch. La Columbe coffee and great pastries as well.

Overall a great place for a traveling coffee enjoyer.

Latte is better quality and taste than any Starbucks offering although a bit sweet. Cold brew is smooth and not at all acidic.

Can I give minus 5 stars?

OK, it was near closing time, but the place was open for business. I asked politely for my drink (to go, by the way) but was treated as a complete persona non grata by the oh too-cool for school baristas.

I have a fundamental belief that a customer is due a modest degree of respect as a human being, if nothing else. If you don't want to deal, just lock the place down early and spare us your existential angst.

I had an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich on a croissant. I was surprised if the price but when the food was served it was pleasant to see it was a healthy portion. It was also very delicious. I ended up eating only half and taking the other half to go.

Interesting experiences twice here now. 1st the new decor is great. However, the layout is terrible. You can not hear the cashier over the grinding and coffee machine that is directly next to the register. Asked for a "BLTA" and was asked if I was ok with the fact that they didn't have Avocado. My response was "Not for the same price" which resulted in me taking it off the order all together when they gave me resistance. Foolish customer service. Seven people behind the counter here and I waited 17 minutes for an açai bowl to be made in a previous order. Highly recommend skipping this and going to Jacks. Especially with the lack of service.
